Refund policy

• We accept exchanges only in cases where the product is damaged, broken, or defective due to transit and cannot be used normally.
• Customers must record an unboxing video upon receiving the package as evidence to claim an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• We strictly reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or "dissatisfaction with the product/scent" under any circumstances.
• Products that have been opened, had their plastic seal broken, or been sprayed cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
