Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product for a prompt resolution.
