Cancellation & Purchase Options Policy
At AXUREXION, we are committed to delivering the ultimate luxury fragrance experience. To ensure a seamless service for our premium purchase options and recurring subscriptions, please review our policy below:
  1. Order Cancellation:
    • Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, or before the product has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  2. Subscription & Recurring Orders:
    • You can cancel or modify your premium fragrance subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing and shipment date.
    • Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following cycle. The current month's luxury fragrance will be delivered to you as scheduled.
  3. How to Cancel:
    • You can manage or cancel your purchase options directly by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Account" section.
    • Alternatively, you may contact our dedicated concierge team via our official contact channels for personal assistance.
